Dana L. Fairchild is a Tax Controversy Specialist for Davidoff Tax Law, LLC who has been in the Tax Accounting profession since 2009.

Dana represents clients on a daily basis with regards to Federal and State tax issues, negotiating installment agreements, offers in compromise, penalty abatements, and other tax matters for individuals and businesses. She specializes in collection mattes with regard to the IRS and State tax agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana served as a Revenue Officer with the Internal Revenue Service for 12 years where she learned the ins and outs of the IRS collection process. She brings valuable knowledge and a unique perspective to the team by knowing what is expected from the government side, enabling her to anticipate resolution agreements that the IRS will be agreeable to.

Brittany is a zealous advocate for her clients and will helps them to stay focused on their business mission or product, while she handles their legal and tax compliance matters. As her clients’ go-to-person, she provides answers to her clients’ questions or directs them to the person who can best assist them. She has earned the reputation of being a trusted advisor to her clients in all aspects of their business.

Dana works closely with her clients to fully understand their situation, priorities, and goals, and provides a comprehensive analysis of the possible solutions for their tax matters. She provides her clients with peace of mind by outlining a manageable step-by-step resolution in a manner that they are able to understand. She prides herself on being able to defend her clients from aggressive actions by the tax authorities by managing their cases in a controlled and attentive way, and always striving for the best outcome.
