Paul A. Stabile, Esq., LL.M



Paul Stabile is a Tax Controversy Specialist in the Tax Controversy Department of Prager Metis, a member of Prager Metis International Group. Paul has over 6 years of experience working in the tax controversy field.

As a Tax Controversy Specialist, Paul is responsible for assisting both individual and business clients in resolving their IRS and State tax issues by negotiating installment agreements, offers in compromise, penalty abatements, and other tax matters. Clients facing IRS audits and other tax litigation matters rely on Paul’s experience in navigating the IRS to bring them to a suitable resolution.

Prior to joining Prager Metis, Paul worked at Frost Law, a tax controversy law firm, where he handled Federal and State audits, international disclosures, and assisted clients in setting up collection alternatives with the IRS and State taxing authorities.

In his spare time, Paul volunteers his time in his local community as a volunteer fireman and a U.S. Youth Soccer referee.
