Samantha M. Dragotto, Esq.
Samantha Dragotto is an Associate Attorney at Davidoff Tax Law. Her primary responsibilities include assisting both individuals and corporations in resolving their Federal, state, and local tax controversy matters.
Prior to receiving her J.D. in 2021, Samantha worked as state and local tax intern for a Big 10 Accounting firm and progressed to the position of Senior Associate. She has extensive experience in state and local corporate tax compliance, audits, appeals and tax due diligence reports with a specialty in C Corporations.
Samantha has authored numerous articles for Tax Notes and corporate tax bulletins and is experienced in team presentations on the topic of income tax for C Corporations.
Samantha prides herself on the exceptional service she brings to her clients, passionately advocating for their needs and striving to achieve the best possible outcome for those she serves.
In addition to her position at Davidoff Tax Law, Samantha is a Tax Controversy Specialist for Prager Metis CPAs.
